U-19 North Board ‘C’ Champions 2021

Well done and congratulations to our u-19 team and management on winning the North Board C Championship Final last Saturday in Tuam Stadium. They defeated Menlough/Padraig Pearses on a score line of 1-20 to 0-9.

It was a tight first half that ended 0-9 to 0-7 in our favour but we upped our performance levels in the second period and became dominant all over the pitch, while using the slight aid of a breeze to our advantage also.

It was a team performance with Seán Birmingham, Josh Greaney, Dean O’Malley & Lucas Madden our standout players on the day. Huge credit must go to the management Tom Flynn, Ger Lee & Reece O’Toole for their time and effort with the team this year so far.
Thanks to the large crowd that travelled to Tuam to support the lads.

We now have a County Final to look forward to vs West Board Champions Killanin. Fixture details will be confirmed for that game in the coming days.
